  • Let’s try to maintain a healthy body weight. Let’s eat a healthy diet and lead an active lifestyle. Let’s avoid drastic changes in diet. Let’s watch out for fast food, sweets, ready meals, salty snacks, white flour products. A diet based on such products often results in rapid weight gain (and thus stretch marks).
