Hypertension, one of the most frequently diagnosed cardiovascular diseases, has been called the silent killer because of the deadly toll it takes in an insidious, invisible way. Since excessively high blood pressure usually does not cause any seemingly noticeable symptoms, it is usually discovered accidentally, and often when it has been present for a long time, and causes health-threatening, or even life-threatening complications – stroke, heart attack, kidney failure. A dietary supplement called Presuren Cardio has recently appeared on the market, which, thanks to a special composition of valued ingredients, regulates blood pressure, improves the condition of the heart and blood vessels, and supports the fight against hypertensive disease.

Alarming Signs of High Blood Pressure Disease
Arterial hypertension, regarded as a disease of civilisation, is usually associated with obesity, poor diet, low physical activity, smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, life under permanent stress, i.e. all the unfavourable factors that characterise the modern lifestyle.
Thehigh-risk group includes not only smokers, obese and inactive people, but also those suffering from kidney or cardiovascular diseases, with abnormal levels of cholesterol or glucose in the blood, and generally seniors.
Although this disease works insidiously, the fact of being in the risk group and certain characteristic symptoms should draw our attention and make us take appropriate steps. Meanwhile, even if we suffer from headaches and dizziness, get tired too quickly, can’t sleep or have problems with proper vision, we don’t usually associate it with high blood pressure.
What is more, although most of us know the terrible consequences of this disease, we do not measure our blood pressure regularly, also preventively, and only in this way, we can notice the danger in time and stop the progression of the disease. In addition to regular blood pressure monitoring, it is also worth thinking about changes in lifestyle.
How to prevent high blood pressure?
Pharmacological treatment, necessary at a more advanced stage of the disease, should be accompanied by certain changes in the diet. In relation to healthy people, in turn, they will be an excellent method of preventing this dangerous condition.
First of all, a change in the diet
What should we avoid?
First of all, we should avoid excessive amounts of salt, which is found in processed food, i.e. in processed meats, ready-made and semi-finished meals, or all kinds of fast food.
Doctors have been calling for a reduction of salt in our daily menu for a long time, and the World Health Organization defines the norm of daily consumption as 5 grams. Meanwhile, we definitely exceed this standard, not realizing that sodium chloride is found not only in our home salt shaker, but also, and perhaps above all, in many food products.
We should say goodbye to confectionery bakery products, fatty meats, cold cuts and cheeses, fried food, sweets and highly processed food, including snacks such as crisps or salted nuts. You should definitely avoid smoking, large amounts of alcohol, coffee and strong tea.
Which foods are recommended?
The presence of sufficient potassium in the diet has an influence on lowering blood pressure. This is all the more important because hypertension is often treated with drugs that have a diuretic effect. In order to correct potassium deficiencies, potassium should be consumed as often as possible:
- tomatoes – they are characterized not only by their taste, but also contain a wealth of minerals, in addition to potassium, for example, calcium, magnesium, iron and beta-carotene, B vitamins, vitamin C, PP, K and E;
- spinach – low in calories, rich in potassium, folic acid, vitamin K and iron
- bananas – support the cardiovascular system thanks to the presence of potassium
- citrus fruits – characterized by high content of vitamin C and bioflavonoids;
- fruits such as blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, which strengthen the walls of blood vessels
- potatoes, broccoli, peas and dried fruit;
- dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa content – cocoa beans contain many valuable vitamins and minerals; of course we should not overeat with excessive consumption of chocolate, but one or two cubes a day will be just right
- sea fish – rich in omega 3 acids, which, as well as vitamins, reduce blood pressure
- garlic – eaten regularly it is effective in lowering blood pressure, prevents the accumulation of cholesterol and the formation of blood clots
- Wholemeal cereal products;
- Low-fat dairy products;
- large amounts of all vegetables, preferably in raw or minimally processed form.
It is worth remembering the importance of spices and herbs. For example, not many people know that basil can lower blood pressure and that it has antioxidant, antiviral and antibacterial properties.
Cinnamon, common in our cuisine, will contribute not only to lowering blood pressure, but also glucose levels, just like cardamom. As far as herbs are concerned, the most effective ones are:
- field horsetail,
- wild rose,
- couch grass.
Secondly, giving up harmful stimulants
We all know that coffee or strong tea raises blood pressure, just like alcohol, especially alcoholic drinks. However, while coffee or tea, consumed regularly and in small amounts, does not have a critical effect on blood pressure levels, alcohol certainly does and smoking even more so. Nicotine contained in tobacco drastically increases heart rate, and thus blood pressure, making the heart work at a much faster speed.
Thirdly, physical activity
Finally, you cannot forget about daily exercise. Regular physical activity makes the heart pump blood more efficiently, blood vessels expand, all body cells are better oxygenated and blood pressure is lowered. And this does not mean practicing competitive sports. On the contrary – a daily walk of half an hour will make your body better oxygenated, blood vessels will expand, and blood pressure will be lowered.
If, in addition, we take a short breathing break during our walk, we not only help our heart, but also ensure lower stress levels and a better mood.
Presuren Cardio – a new multi-ingredient hypertension supplement
Most of the drugs used for high blood pressure are based on synthetic chemical substances, which are known not to be without effect on the body, especially as a result of long-term use.
However, it has long been known that there are herbs that are particularly effective in lowering blood pressure. They include, for example, hawthorn, nettle, mistletoe, horsetail, rue, periwinkle, wild rose and St. John’s wort.
And it is on the basis of natural, plant-derived substances that a new preparation called Presuren Cardio has been developed, which normalizes blood pressure levels after the first use.
It was developed by Polish scientists in cooperation with an international research team and its effectiveness has been confirmed by numerous multistage tests.
Clinical trials have shown that Presuren Cardio not only stabilises blood pressure within 6 hours, but also restores elasticity of blood vessels, is safe and works at every stage of hypertensive disease development. On top of that, it minimizes the effects of arrhythmias and angina, and even helps the organs of speech and movement recover from stroke.
Presuren Cardio – composition of the product and importance of individual substances
The composition of the supplement consists primarily of hawthorn, a plant known and valued by medicine. This beautiful and useful plant has long been used to treat heart disease and hypertension. Hawthorn extracts show a number of health properties which are particularly useful in this respect.
In addition to reducing high blood pressure, they support blood circulation, preventing blockages and clots and supporting proper heart function.
Hawthorn contains a lot of substances which have beneficial influence on the condition of blood vessels and heart, including phytosterols, amines, tannins, vitamins C and B, pectins, mineral salts and, most important in this context, bioflavonoids and procyanides.
Flavonoids have a relaxing effect on smooth muscles of coronary vessels, similar properties are shown by other substances contained in hawthorn. As a result, hawthorn has a sedative and diuretic effect, seals and strengthens blood vessels, increases the strength of heart contractions while slightly slowing down their frequency, all of which lowers blood pressure.
Another important component of plant origin is common nettle. Contrary to its name, this plant has extraordinary medicinal properties, because it is a real treasury of active substances necessary for the proper functioning of the body.
These are among others: vitamins – A, B2, C, K, minerals – magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, iodine, sulfur, sodium, silicon, organic acids, amino and tannic compounds, flavonoids, phytosterols, carotenoids, serotonin.
For example, folic acid, iron, vitamin K and copper condition the production of red blood cells and hemoglobin, and thanks to the presence of all those valuable substances, nettle improves the condition of blood vessels and improves blood flow and heart function, thus lowering blood pressure.
Presuren Cardio also contains:
- thiamine, or vitamin B1, which improves circulation, takes part in carbohydrate metabolism and many energy and neurophysiological processes; its deficiency leads to cardiovascular disorders, among other things;
- riboflavin, or vitamin B2, essential in the formation of red and white blood cells and cell growth, involved in the metabolism ofcarbohydrates, fats and proteins, influencing the work of another B vitamin, namely pyridoxine;
- vitamin B6, namely pyridoxine, affecting the reduction of blood pressure in the tissues and organs of the body, helping to remove excess fluids from the body.
Presuren Cardio – experts’ and patients’ opinions
Experts emphasize that Presuren Cardio is safe at any age, moreover, effective at any stage of development of hypertensive disease. This is possible primarily due to the presence of bioflavonoids and a careful selection of individual components. The positive effect is further confirmed by detailed clinical studies conducted by high-class specialists.
Equally flattering, at least so far, are opinions of patients, who in turn point to the almost immediate effects of taking the supplement and a significant improvement in health and well-being. It is to be hoped that in the long run the preparation will prove to be of real help in the fight against this dangerous disease.
