Peel and grate the vegetables and apples on a large mesh grater. Add a little lemon juice and salt, stir to soften the vegetables a little. Finely chop a large handful of parsley and add to the vegetables. Then add the linseed oil, the rest of the lemon juice, pepper, salt and sugar to taste. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
